To reply to your enquiries, evaluate job applications, improve our website, and measure our marketing. We never sell your personal data.

Only service providers that run our website, email and analytics — under contracts that protect your data. Nothing else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries up to 24 months; job applications up to 12 months; analytics per the tool’s standard retention. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Messages on WhatsApp and Instagram

When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive your name or username, your phone number (WhatsApp) and the content of your messages. We use them only to reply to you, follow up on your enquiry and keep a record of our conversation in our customer system. We keep them up to 24 months, never sell them, and delete them on request.

Deleting your data

To delete your data, email info@ideative-sa.com with the subject “Delete my data” (include your phone number or Instagram username). We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
